they look like external heamoroids, you can use Anusol cream which works well can be bought from pharmacy or Amazon.
No back pain this time but I have in the past. I’ve had years of symptoms but only just recently (two days ago) noticed the External Hems. I’ve been prescribed Proctosedyl suppository and ointment. If you’re in the UK the ointment is difficult to get on prescription as there is a manufacturing issue. The other forum members are extremely helpful.
I have tried the anusol cream but that doesnt seem to be working, so have order some suppositories hopefully that makes a difference
