I've posted before and nobody commented .. I really need help, I have white spots/ bumps on my vagina .. kind of look like cold sores that you get In your mouth.. please help

I think you should get it checked and tested by a doctor. And you might wanna give more details to us, like any other symptoms and etc. most of the time, small genital ulcers are cause by herpes in my opinion.
