I’ve been active with my partner only and am seeing this bump on my penis, was just hoping to receive some clarity. Does anyone know if this is just a pimple or do I need to seek professional help?

More than likely this could be put down to a skin imperfection - this is simply how the skin has developed.
Simply, if there was any form of problem issue it would have developed far more than it is at the moment - if there was a condition present, you would have a number of these, not just 1
