PLEASE HELP! Bumps on penis head/rim HPV?

Okay so it started with a small, smooth, flesh colored bump on the rim of the head of my penis about 6 months ago, it was painless and didnt itch. i kept messing with it and scratching at it and it got a little bigger and several smaller bumps formed around it (same thing, no pain or itching ect) some days it is barely visible and others its pretty noticable, PLEASE help me, ive lost a lot of sleep over this

I have to say it doesn't look that unusual, so nothing to lose sleep over.  Could be pearly penile papules, or maybe balanitis.  How old are you?

I have the exact same thing. Just started noticing it. Can you tell me what the verdict was? Or did you get a biopsy?

Did everyone have a sexual encounter or something or was this perhaps from soap?
