I just noticed three bumps on my vulva, but they are flesh colored and appear like ingrown hairs. I don't shave, but I do have trichotillomania that causes me to pull at my pubic hairs. I also just started my period, and my pad does rub against that area often. They appeared overnight. It is not painful or itchy and I don't have a yeast infection.
