Please help, could this be herpes?

So the other day (Jan 31) after a long, sweaty run (I did wear spandex) I went to take a shower and noticed a small bump. There was no pain or itching with it. The bump looks like it is going away but now I have noticed about three or four more bumps in the groin area too. These bumps don’t itch or hurt but idk what to think. They showed up 29 days after the previous time I had sex which i know is longer than normal for symptoms to show up.

I want to say it was caused from the run in the tight spandex but it has been over a week and there are still these bumps.

looks like it might be folliculitis but you should get a doctor look at them the photo isnt very clear

Maybe this one is better

I had someone look at it and they said it wasn’t herpes but they only saw it when there was one bump. Now that original bump has went down some and there are like 4 more red bumps
that have appeared. There is no pain or itching with these bumps but the ares kinda has a very slight like inflammed feeling. Now that these other bumps have gotten bigger, I will go back Monday to see if they still say it isn’t herpes. Here is a maybe petter picture.

i cant really see them all that well could be molluscum or something else causing them but still dosnt look like herpes from the photos u have posted
