I've been with a guy for a while now and the last time we had sex was around the 23rd and now I have this bump. Not sure of its from shaving or something but I am scared. I am too young. I feel like my life is over.

this does not look like herpes by this picture. even if you had HSV, aka herpes, your life would not be over. I would go get it checked out at the gyno for some peace of mind. 
I highly reccomend wearing condoms and practicing safe sex, including asking sexual partners about their sexual history. this is all for your benefit and safety!
