you should get it checked, did it appear randomly or after sex? mine looked similar before they turned into sores i got treated with medication but they dont know for sure until tested, i would keep an eye on it

this could be vestibular papillomatosis as its in the correct place for it, are the bumps clear/same colour as the surrounding skin? its not the best photo so cant really tell. but warts are not shiny like that. and Herpes are blisters.
They are the same colour as surrounding skin. They are growing smaller so maybe it was an infection
