So I noticed some bumps in my pubic hair maybe 5-6 months ago. They seem to get raised/irritated after I trim my pubic hair. I asked my GP about them a few weeks ago and he said they're just normal oil filled glands and I can pop them if I really wanted. I popped a couple, which bled a bit. So me being paranoid they're HSV or HPV, I've been still touching/picking at some of them (probably not the best idea). So they seem to be more raised and seem less 'normal' since I went to the GP.
In any case, I kind of feel like they have to be something other than normal keratin filled glands, either folliculitis or molluscum contagiosum, maybe HSV2 or HPV. They all seem to have a tiny white spot in the middle. I'm constantly thinking about them and its taking a toll on my mental wellbeing.
Relevant sexual history, protected sex with a new partner in mid Feb. Prior to that, all tests STI tests have been negative. I've posted some links to pics below, they are less noticeable to the naked eye compared to the pics, and the ones that are a little red are the ones I have been picking/popped.
