Me and my boyfriend are the only people we have sex with and have been doing so for 6 months. Last week I shaved down there two days in a row with a pretty sharp used razor, had pretty rough sweaty sex that night and I didn’t shower as we were in a rush gross I know. And then 4 days later I felt what I believed is a friction burn on my perineum, I’ve had it before because there’s scar tissue in that exact place. I have a lot of scar tissue down there from using apple cider vinegar for warts and burning my skin lol. The sores/ulcers are in all the areas I have scar tissue from ACV use. So there are about 7 ulcers and these are all the places warts were burnt off. These were never blisters they just showed up as these burn type or irritated ulcers. No pus, no itch, no pain, no fever, no headaches, but the one of my perineum is sensitive to touch. My bf is very paranoid now although he has no symptoms. Also, I have recurrent BV and sometimes yeast, thanks to my copper IUD, Idk if this has anything to do with it. But I was just curious what it could be especially since its happening on scar tissue, there are no blisters and it’s pretty hot right now where I live. Please help, I’m scared tbh.

Thank you for replying. I gave up on checking lol. It’s spread so much now in the past few days, but I got tested today and so did he so will find out soon. I often touch it then touch other areas including sensitive areas like my eye but nothing has spread. Maybe it depends on the type

Autoinnocculation (spreading by touching sores then unaffected part of your body) is not type specific. Can occur with 1 and 2. How are you doing now?
