Please Help! Genital warts or VP???

They’re not painful at all or itchy… I live in a small town that doesn’t have a gynecologist, and because of quarantine I won’t be able to get to one soon.

please answer quickly as I am so worried, and scared!) :frowning_face_with_open_mouth:

thanks for all the help!

Probably Vp

Thank you for your reply! i really hope it is just VP

Dear miris,

I agree with Pinsy- the lesions are vestibular papillomatosis. Look carefully at the picture and you’ll notice that they are present symmetrically- on both labia and in pretty much the same area.

Adhari.

Hello, can vp’s bumps become flat within few days/weeks and come back ?
And can it be kind of painful sometimes a feeling of strong irritation ?
Regards

mine looks like yours but its in one spot..

thank you for your reply! but is it normal for them to be getting bigger and i feel uncomfortable?

did you find out what it is?

Dear miris,
Because VP is part of your sexual anatomy they can get bigger and smaller depending on the prevailing hormonal environment (i.e. menstrual cycle, pregnancy) as well as sexual arousal etc.

If you keep feeling/touching them, your mind can often play tricks on you as well, especially if you are already somewhat anxious about your health.

You may want to see your doctor or gynaecologist for reassurance to put your mind at rest.

Rgds,
Adhari.

Dear miris & seekinghelp,

Typically, VP is painless but do also remember that they are part of your genitalia.

So if the vulva/vagina is irritated by an infection (such as candida) the VP will also feel irritated as well. Like the vulva and vagina, VP will swell/enlarge for the same reason.

Adhari.
