Small redish mark showed up about two weeks ago. Been in a two year long distance relationship, where we only have oral sex. Always tested negative for STIs. The redish mark is smooth, no pumps, no pain, no drainage, no blisters, etc. I have looked at many STI pictures and this does not look like anything. Thoughts? Thanks!
This looks like there is a combination of factors going on here - there is something irritating the skin, but you may have some friction going on to the local area.
So, if you shave the area regularly, you may have caught or otherwise damaged the skin, or you may have took the top off a hair follicle, for example, and it is not healing normally.
Friction could be from the likes of masturbation finger grip, or even simply the inside of clothing.
Have you tried applying anything that aids damaged skin to heal … ?
