i havent had sex in 6 months and still have had this issue for about 5 months

theres no pain or other symptoms and ive been to the gp who had no idea said to go to sexual health clinic and i did i took blood and urine tests and they came back negative and the doctor looked and said it will just go away but it hasnt and if anything its got worse honestly have no idea what the problem is so any suggestions of what cream to use or who to see would be appreciated cheers

i used regular shower gel my whole life but recently swapped to sensitive skin shower gel but yeah i do normally masturbate dry

oh good thanks for the reply was convinced i had some kind of infection do you know if theres any creams etc to get the skin smooth again or if it will change overtime ?
