there is a place on my penis right under the hole that is extremely sensitive . when i rub on it during masturbation it gives such an uncomfortable sensation to the point where i have to stop. if i keep going, i just end up urinating. im so very confused and its so frustrating because i cant have sex without this horrible sensation. any help is greatly valued
