hi there, for the last 5-6 months i have been dealing with red patches and spots on the head of my penis. They have been progressively becoming more red and visible over time, in particular there is one large patch of red and a spot has begun to appear at the center of it. however i have never had any open blisters, chancres or pain attributed to them. i have not engaged in sexual activity for almost 2 years and have tried a variety of creams both over the counter and doctor prescribed to help fix this. None of them worked. i tested negative for both chlamidia and gonnorhea. i really hope someone on here can help or provide some insight as i am not doing well. thank you.
looks more like the white patches that are of issue rather than the red.
it does look like lichen sclerosis from what i understand.
doctors normally perscribe steroid cream,

i will be trying to make an appointment with a doctor shortly. i was previously prescribed a steroid cream designed for balanitis however it did not have any effect. thank you for your help
