please help, I found these bumps on my penis the other day and i cant identify what they are. It appeared one day and vanished the next. They were slightly itchy but didnt hurt. Does anyone know what these bumps are?
Are you circumcised, if so was this when you were an infant?
Can you clarify - you are talking about these bumps then you say “it vanished” which would normally refer to 1 bump. Are you saying all the bumps circled in the photo have disappeared or just one particular bump … ?

I cannot give an explanation for that as it would not seem to make sense.
I would suggest if you have future concerns regarding these, or anything else, go get checked by a Urologist
