hello my name is Nathan and I've masturbated dry for about a year, I've noticed some problems happening with the tip of penis. It gets like swollen I guess or like the opening i guess you would call it lip type thing flips open or like swells, is this from masturbation? and can it heal? Is it balantis? dont really have no one to talk to about it because my dad would be mad at me. Also it's like the line on my penis has gotten longer and when I open it I can see like above the meatus. Please help I really wanna know what this is. I'm being very stressed and I think I about it every night. please someone tell me what it could be. I beg of you.

There is nothing unusual shown in the photo. The reaction you are getting is unusual as swelling should not be occurring.
The only thing to rule out is whether what is going on is linked to the friction and irritation caused during masturbation. You would need to abstain for about 3 weeks at least, or longer if you can, and then see if the swelling reduces or disappears
If the swelling continues you would need to see a doctor and potentially a urologist …
