could be ingrown hairs is you’ve shaved or rub a lot in this area. That wouldn’t explain the pain. I wouldn’t rule out herpes as it presents as round blisters. The pain while defecting is strange but its not unheard of to have problems associated with the anus or rectum with herpes. It might be HS as well. Again nothing really correlates to my knowledge of bumps and anal pain.
Today’s image. I also had anal sex 25 days back. I kind of expect a fissure but where these blisters/pimples came into picture.
