I have two patches on the head of my penis that look different and feel slightly more rough than the rest of the forehead
I also have two small pimples shown on the second pic. I do not experience any itching or any other symptom
I believe you’re overthinking this. It’s natural for texture to change due to irritation from clothing or during sex if the area is too dry. It may just be dry skin patches as well.
The pimples can form anywhere there’s a pore. Practice hygiene on a normal basis. Try not to touch the area to prevent pain.
If you had have a new sexual partner without protection, and if you experience any burning,
itching/ irritation speak to your medical provider.
I also recommend to not touch the area to avoid any further “injury” and as always, use protection.
