Ive currently had a cold sore for three weeks. I am terrified I transfered it to my genitals. There was a small spot here yesterday that I picked at and today it looks like this. Any help would be great im so stressed that new cold sore keeps popping up

ye its very common if u shave an looks like u do it usually happens as the hair starts to grow back
Makes me much less stressed :)
And also, once you have herpes in one area its pretty rare you’ll get the same type on your genital. It’s possible but not very common
