so ive attached photos of what has now grown on my vagina. it itches a lot and i bleed with pain when i try to have sex. i have only been sexually active for a month and a half with one partner and he has only been sexually active for the same amount of time with me (we were both virgins). After our first time, i got a yeast infection that cleared away, but it seems that the itch never went away and now i have these bumps! my discharge is clear and odorless, although sometimes i get brown and bloody discharge here and there. is it herpes? please help!

Hi, this is VP (vestibular papillomatosis), it’s normal and it’s how your vulva look. I don’t have VP but a lot of girls on this forum has reported noticing it after a yeast infection.
It’s clearly irritated. Maybe your yeast infection is not completely gone or your skin is just irritated. Wait until you feel better to have sex again use lube to prevent friction sores.
Genitals skin is really fragile and takes time to heal so don’t panic.
Based on your history, It would be very unlikely to be a std.
