Looks likely but if it’s only a single ulcer it maybe syphilis. Get it checked out ASAP, you can only be tested for Herpes while you have the breakout.
actully there are several ucers. one big one and then one to the right and two to the left. looks like 4 total.:.

did he test them? get a test… i was misdiagnosed 3 times… i insisted on a test… he swabbed them.. i was positive… doctors try to avoid this test because the stigma is so high and people get very depressed when receive a positive diagnosis
& i would get very depressed
i have been diagnosed for 4 years . its not the end of the world, trust me… but it is very important that you know. there are far worse things that can happen to you dear. there are MANY ways to manage it and still live a full and normal life without passing it… please get tested and if you are positive come back to this post and send me a message and i will be there for you. point you in right direction. hook you up with some support and information.. wish someone was there for me at that time…
