Hi 22 year old male and had my anus licked about a week ago and now have this small red sore on the top of my butt. I'm worried it might be herpes do not want to go to the doctors and test positive. I have had soreness in the past from soaps and have a history of excema. and also in the past week i had a rash on my armpit not sure if thats related or it was a heat rash.
