looks like a pimple or cyst, should see the doctor if it doesnt clear in a few days
that’s just a pimple. sometimes hair follicules get infected and the puss doesn’t get to the surface of the skin. if it gets too inflammed/painful, apply a hot towel on it or take a warm bath with some epsom salt
