Does it hurt and have you been sexually active recently?
The smaller spots are Fordyce spots, or sebaceous glands, they are normal and are small white or yellow-white bumps inside your vulva. These spots can also be found on the lips and cheeks.
the larger lump could be a number of things, it could even be an ingrown hair or shavers rash.
Monitor if it gets worse/blisters or pops to form a scab.
If it is causing you concern, go to the doctors.
