im a 26 year old mom of 2, who is sexually active with only 1 person and we use condoms always.
For about two weeks iv had some mild lower stomach cramping and it hurts to press on a specific area on my right lower stomach region.
this past week my vagina started burning. It is a constant mild burn all day long and the burning does NOT increase with urniation. I am not urinating more frequently and do NOT have more or abnormal discharge. i took a UTI over the counter test which said i had high leuk which can indicate infection so i went into the dr and there test said i had something high as well that would indicate UTI BUT they sent it to the lab and the lab found no bacteria and said it was not a UTI
Another symptom that has started around the same time (could be a coincidence) but my face is breaking out in these deep cold sore like pimples. i decided to see if i had any unusual bumps on my vagina and i found this cluster inside the left bottom part of my vagina hole. Not sure if its just VP ? and maybe iv always had it? iv never looked in my vagina like this before! but to me it doesnt look like warts or HPV or yeast infection which scares me.
im worried it looks like vulvar cancer. i have had papmears in the past that come back as pre cancerous cells. now im freaking out its cancer and the spot on my stomach that hurts to touch is a lymph node it spread to. please tell me im being crazy? i have a dr app later this week but having panic attacks like crazy wondering what this
