i have those three bumps(see picture) under my penis head i have been ignoring them since my child hood now there are very small bumps under my penis head around the lower ring . you can see the picture . my penis head has a very rough look and many cracks on it please help me is there any thing need to worry about and any home remedies or medication for the cure .
Most of these bumps look like pearly penile papules, which are common (30 percent of men have them) the cracked appearance is due to you having been circumcised. If you were to have been left with a foreskin those cracks wouldnt be there. But you can look up foreskin restoration if youd like to get rid of the abnormal appearance
