They appeared about 3 weeks ago, it's just this massvie white spot thats slightly raised on my glan, and its got me really worried, i feel theres little similar spots around it. I'm really confused can some one help??

No it does not look like warts. If I masterbate , use condoms, and / or not enough lube that happens. Mine is usually red. I use hydrocortisone to help.
