Please help me! Genital warts, HPV? :( becoming extremely depressed

i have these bumps near the inside of my vagina opening, and it has been itchy as well as my anal area. i cannot get into the doctor and if these are an std can someone guide me where to treat them?! it is affecting my mental health badly.

hi claire it does not resemble warts or an hpv..id say its Vestibular papillomatosis
