Hello,I am 29 years old male.There are some lesions on my genital area and on my penis.No pain at all.They firstly appeared after having shaved with an old razor and kept shaving with that razor many times.And I also had sex with many women,they all seemed so healthy and well.I am not sure that it is a sexually transmitted disease.And I have to be totally healthy and free of infectious diseases.Please help me,I am about to lose my mind.I love my job.

molluscum? Doesnt really look like herpes 100% to me. How long have the bumps been there?
can be something else such as folluculitis as well, pls get it checked by a physician if possible. it doesnt look like classic blisters with fluid, and as per you doesnt hurt. so can be something else..
