post a clearer photo, closer, you might be lucky and it’s just moluscum, contagious but not linked to cancer and not for life, just need to have it removed by a doctor.
its hard to tell from the photo is looks like it may have puss underneath of it. can you post a clearer picture?

It’s a tiny pus-filled pimple. Try pressing it softly with your fingers to see if the pus drains out. If it does, wash the area with soap and water, and apply an antiseptic ointment like Betadine.
But if the pimple doesn’t break on applying gentle pressure , you may wait for a day or two.
