hi so I'm 18 yo female who had no prior sexual experience w anyone, I've only experimented w dildo, and I'm living kinda busy life so I don't check my down there all the time, few days i was showering and i notice these white heads, also i have white heads deep inside my clitoris i tried popping them out and just white stuff came out, but now my clitoris is incredibly sensitive to the touch even if i sit some weird way it hurts me I have trauma from gyno, also Covid is restricting me to seek any other gyno. those look like fordyce spots which are completely normal and harmless!!

woah thanks for reply, do u know what could cause white heads in mu clitoris that ive popped i know its stupid but i couldnt look at it 

im not really sure what causes them but i get those too sometimes, i usually do warm compresses to help them go away

It looks like infection that comes from ingrowing hairs, you may need antibiotics.
