Please help me: I have tonsillitis with white spots which does not respond to antibiotic

I am male and I have some symptoms after sexual exposure lats April. This sexual exposure was with a prostitue who I do not know her HIV status and exposure include unprotected Oral sex, deep kissing with exchange of Siliva and there was no vaginal and anal sex.

Symptoms are:

1-Swollen lymph nodes all over neck and groin after 4 weeks of exposure which lasts untill now (8 weeks)

2-Dark redened theoat with blistering after 4 weeks of exposure which lasts untill now (8 weeks).

3- White mucus/sputum from throat after 4 weeks of exposure which lasts untill now (8 weeks).

4- Canker sore on tonsil after 9 weeks of exposure which last for 1 week.

5- White spots on tonsils with no enlargement and no response to penicillin.

6- I had a brief cold for 4 days after 4 Weeks of exposure.

7-Dry tongue which gets colored by the food I have after 4 weeks of exposure which lasts until now (8 weeks).

I had some test done after 8 weeks of exposure as follows:

1-HIV CMIA test which came non-reactive.

2-Syphilis test which came non-reactive.

3- Throat swap culture and tongue swap culture which show streptococcus. And ENT advised it is normal.

4-WBC with 7200 total count and Lymphocytes 26.5 %.

I came to know that WBC goes more than 12000 with mononucleosis so when I was tested WBC was 7200 which is within the normal range.

So the first question is:

1- Is it possible for WBC to return to normal level 7200 after 8 months of Mono infection?

Also, I came to know lymphocytes go more than 40% with mono. And when I was tested at 8 weeks it was 26.5%.

So the second question is :

2- So is it possible for Lymphocytes to return to a normal level after 8 weeks of mono-infection?

The third question is:

3- Is it possible that CMIA turns positive after 12 weeks of exposure?

Please note that ENT told me the problem I have is reflux which did not get resolved with instruction and medicine.
