I get recurrent yeast infections but my doctor wanted to double check this time see what kind of yeast or something. she prescribed three pills of fluconazole to be taken three days a part we were both sure it was yeast so she told me to go ahead and start taking them before the results were seen. I took the second dose on Saturday, but the results came in this morning and it is not yeast… my vagina has been burning and dry since the first dose.. it is also not a bacterial infection…did I mess my entire system up? what mimics yeast? and what happens when you over treat yeast..I’m so scared I messed my entire system up more than it was..please help any advice would be appreciated
