hard to see but genital herpes if u have an outbreak is very very painful. and from what i can see it doesnt look like herpes

no i see those there are other white spots on my penis that are flat and it kinda looks dry

that on spot that you can see best with the flab of skin kinda hurts to touch but not excruating

Do you mean the things around the head? Those look like pearly penile papules to me. They don’t hurt or anything to they? As far as I know a lot of men have them.

i really dont see anything at all? are you talking aboit fordyce spots or the pearly papules around the head of your penis?
