hi. had unprotected sex 2.5 weeks ago and now have red sores all over. the sores on the penis shaft and testicles dont seem to have burst open but the ones on the base and lower abdomen are open wounds. i also suffer from hidradenitis suppuritiva but i havent had any outbreaks on the penis ever. can you please help
ouch. looks like it might be herpes
u need to see a doctor test for stds herpes etc
