I recently just met a guy and we had unprotected sex all last month.The guy said he has been tested recently and have no diseases, but i starting to highly doubt him. Near the third week in the month i was experencing pain while we had sex then this week i noticed these bumps around my vagina and anus. i went to the doc on friday and she said it look like folliculitis. i have been experincing slight pain when i sit and wipe my self but nothing seriuous. i got all my bloodwork done on friday and still waiting for results. what do u guys think this is.
it could be either its hard to tell theres alot of skin related problems that can look similar such as folliculitis ..yeast etc the best thing u can do is await your test results it could all just be down to infected follicles
iv seen folliculitis look exactly like this and iv also seen herpes look like this its very difficult to say and u have done the right thing by having a test done all u can do is wait and see if it is folliculitis it will go away in time
the bloodwork came back as negative but im sceard i took it too soon and its a false negitive. its been 3 days and the bumps have nots cleared at all on atibiotics. im freaking out because i have no insurance and would have to pay for a swab test out of pocket? what should i do?
if it was herpes i think it would have come back as at least a low positive due to the fact u have visable spots etc there would have been some antibodies there i dont think its herpes but if u feel that that is wat it still is a retest needs to be done u should wait until at least 12/16 weeks
