Please help me!! My entire vagina is full of these bumps and I’m freaking out! What is this??

i never really looked at my vagina in detail but i recently noticed these bumps all over my outer labia and now i see my inner labia is full of these browinsh bumps that are a different texture than the ones outside and its pretty much all over my vagina. ive never felt any pain which is probably why i never thought to look at it but now im freaking out and i dont know what to do. im embarressed to let my gf go down on me and i dont know how to explain why. if anyone can please tell me what this is or what to do i would really appreciate itimage

The ones on the outside are forcyde spots. The ones on the inside look like they could be hpv.
