I am not quite sure, from your explanation what it is you have going on, or is wrong now, compared to prior to the anal sex.
To me, the foreskin just below the head of your penis looks swollen - is this what you are concerned about.
If yes, swelling like this will reduce in time - it is possible you have a problem with your foreskin - but you need to rest your penis for at least 3 or 4 weeks to see if it fully recovers anyway.
