august 10 began taking metronidazole for a week i finished the dose august 17 two days later i got an itch , burning when using the restroom , and cottage-cheese like discharge .. i went to the doctor yesterday and found out metronidazole can give you yeast infections then got put on medicine to cure the infection .. yesterday after i left the doctor i checked down there because it hurts when i walk and seen this .. i seen searching and searching they say yeast infection give you rashes but i dont know this look like more then a rash .. somebody help please

Ingrown hairs can cause infection over time. Its not yeast infection, because that includes a yellowy discharge. I think you should try antibiotics.
