There’s nothing much to be seen on the photo, but I would say that you have some VP and Fordyce spots, both absolutely normal. Definitely nothing worth crying and having mental breakdown.

A little bit white discharge is normal, especially during ovulation, but it’s difficult to say what you mean by “little bit white”. Also, regarding vaginal mucosa, it can be “bumpy”, but I can’t be sure what bumps you have… Have you been vaccinated against HPV?
