I have had these stitches on the glans for 3 months. 6 months ago I had fungal balanitis, I used corticosteroids and the skin was weak. I don't feel pain or itching and I have negative tests for herpes and other diseases. I went to two dermatologists, but they don't know the cause. What can it be? Help-me.
If the photo is showing what you see in front of you I would say you have a severe skin irritation issue.
When you say you went to two dermatologists and they said they do not know the cause either they did not explain the situation you have clearly enough, or you did not understand what it was they were saying to you, as often, they can use medical based terms from their own personal understanding that you then cannot take on board for you to understand.
I am not sure what you mean when you say: " I have had these stitches on the glans for 3 months " - what I see are large, probably, quite irritated spots … ?
