Please help me!

I have been on the blue pill for 2 weeks now, and have lost 5lb, which is great, but to begin with i had no bad poos and was sticking to a low fat diet. This week its playing catch up, and im having the ''oily poos'' all the time, although i am not eating high fat foods. can anybody tell me what is wrong with my typical day of food.

BREAKFAST:

branflakes with sultanas and small amount of milk.

LUNCH:

tuna drained of brine, with a tad of vinegar added, on thin slice wholemeal bread ans snack-a-jacks.

SNACK:

strawberries and grapes (hanful of each)

DINNER:

one grilled chicken breast with steamed broccolli, cauliflower, carrots and peas.

what am i doing wrong????????????

are you leaking any oil and are you getting 'urgent' poos? if you're only seeing oil as and when you poo and its not urgent then its fine, your typical day's food intake looks good. i too keep to the lower end of the allowance and experience some oil sometimes when i poo but with no urgency or leaking.

Hey sparkles, thanks for the reply. I have oil come out with my stools when i go. It's not urgent, although i have experienced that once, again i stil stuck to my low fat diet, unless that one time was my IBS playing up. i assumed that when oil came out with stools that it meant you were eating the wrong foods. i just cannot think of any lower fat foods that what i am eating. is it normal to have oil come out with stools if my diet is that good??

i think some people experience it with a good diet, if you think that the blues reject 1/3 of the fat you consume it has to go somewhere!
