labia minor itching

and there is labia major redness
infection with yellow and green discharge
and painful intercourse

In my experience any foul smelling discharge with green color is Bacterial Vaginosis (BV). I’d recommend seeing a gyno to get prescribed medication for treatment!

Agree with icecoffee. You need to see a doctor or gynaecologist to be swabbed for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
