Can anyone identify if I have any problems STI/STD with my penis?
Michael, the only way to be sure that you have not got any STI / STD issues is get tested for every potential one.
What you most likely have, in terms of the bumps are things that are naturally present on the penis. The most common is Sebaceous glands, then you have Fordyce Spots, and so on. What has most likely happened are the things naturally present on your penis are slightly irritated, and this is when they become most noticeable - the problem, also anything you regularly apply to your penis can be an irritant. This includes soap and any forms of body wash, including shower gel. Lots of men who are sexually active, or even for masturbation apply a Lube of some kind to the penis and these can become an irritant too. Particularly if you have used something like baby oil or skin cream for masturbation, and / or for sex for sometime.
What you have to do is to exclude as many of these as you can and both your penile skin will look more healthy and the bumps will become less noticeable. So wash the penis with water only, do not apply soap or shower gel to your penis in the shower - thoroughly rinse your entire groin region at the end of the shower to remove any traces of soap and body cleansers, then make sure the penile skin is completely dry using a clean dry towel.
