Okay so every time after a bowel movement I get anal fissures. ( I have bm everyday just about). i also do strain a lot when i go. I’ve also been tested and negative for all stds. I plan on getting retested . (i haven’t had any sexual relations since the last time i tested but still. I just some insight? does is look hsv? no pain, no stinging, no other symptoms. Just rips and tears. can someone take a look and tell me what they think?
