It looks like a lot of infected foiiculs or razor burn just in a bad spot because It is can get too moist

It looks very irritated it could be a heat rash.
so likely not herpes related? if just that spot and no other symptoms?
It doesn’t look like herpes to me it doesn’t have the blister look more like a infected follicle to me.
