I recently started having regular unprotected sex with a female who i know to be free of any std's or i's, i am also confirmed clean. after around 3 weeks i noticed these spots appearing on my head and foreskin. sometimes they get white heads but the whiteness will wipe away in the shower. they are not painful. doctors appointment is booked but any help would be appreciated as i am starting to get scared. https://ibb.co/rFg4G6B
