I have been suffering from severe anxiety for the last 2 months. I'm so tense when I go to sleep I wake up with a burning feeling in my arms. Does anyone else get this?

Thanks for the reply it really helps to talk to others going through the same. This is really horrible. Some days it is my whole body. I hate going to sleep bc that's how I always wakeup even if I just take a nap. It really scared me so I really started to pay attention to how inwas when I woke up and I am extremely tense. When I wake up Im curled in a ball clenching my shoulders and arms with them bent under my chin. And my whole body is tensed. It's so uncomfortable s9metimes my arms ache from it
I am also undergoing the same symptoms after I take my tablet it goes off in a minute. Morning times are the most worst. When I am burning I think I am having flu but there is no flu.
It's every time I wake up in the morning or if I take a nap during the day. Does your while body burn or just your arms? I think it is bc I am so tense while I'm sleeping bc when I wake up and pay attention I'm squeezing my body tense. It wakes me up and is so uncomfortable

No I just wake up with burning feeling down my arms. I sleep so tensed up and it's so automatic I can't stop. I tense my arms and shoulders into my bidy when I wake up I can feel how tensed I am and try to relax but it automatically goes tensed again and I don't even realize until I pay attention to it. I wake up feeling like a zombie feeling like I didn't get a restful sleep
It does feel like I have the flu when in wake up every morning
What tablet do you take? And does it help with the burning ?
I am taking lacsontanil and pari very Low usage
Lacsontanil - 1.5 Mg 2 times
Pari - 10 Mg 01 at night
Which one did you say helps with the burning a mi ute after you take it?
