I have no clue what this is if someone could please help me diagnose the problem. have had it for a couple of years other bumps come and go i shower frequently and also try to keep the area clean often but i do swear from sports if anyone has any information that would be help full thank you!!
The bump or spot that you have now, and the ones that appear from time to time are most likely to be something that is naturally present on the head and surrounding area of the penis. They are not behaving or responding to whatever as they normally would. The one that is there now could be a ‘rougue’ (I am sure there will be a correct medical term for this) Pearly Penile Papule, for example, only it has developed in an unusual manner.
The only way to be certain of what is going on is to see a Urologist if you can access one …
